Review on Just Go With It
Just Go With It is a typical Adam Sandler comedy with ceaseless jokes, one right after another, trying to choke you to death when you lose your voluntary muscle control over wheezing laughter - if they’re not too much. Humour using excreta, sexual matter, visual gags is still as universal as it has been. Speaking of universality, beauty of female casts Jennifer Aniston, Brooklyn Decker and Nicole Kidman works in the Orient just as well as in the West. So filling a natural comedian, gorgeous women and a simple love story with a happy ending into the Hollywood formula for romantic comedy, as predictable as the plot may be, we have got a relaxing pastime for a Friday night - but this may be exactly why it will be a rotten tomato. Last but not least, young Bailee Madison and Griffin Gluck may have shown a glimpse of potential success in their acting career.
Gatsby believed in the green light, the orgastic future that year by year recedes before us. It eluded us then, but that’s no matter - tomorrow we will run faster, stretch out our arms farther…. And one fine morning -
So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past.
